Mystor is built to support creators with clear, transparent pricing. There are no monthly subscriptions and no upfront costs. Creators only pay a platform fee when they make a sale.
Mystor charges a platform fee of 12-17% on each sale, depending on how your guide is distributed on the platform. The platform fee is automatically deducted at the time of purchase. You keep the remaining portion of your earnings.
Mystor does not charge subscription fees, listing fees, or minimum earnings requirements. If your guide does not sell, you do not pay anything.
Payments on Mystor are processed securely by Stripe. Mystor does not store or process credit card or banking details directly. Stripe applies a standard payment processing fee, which is separate from Mystor's platform fee.
Mystor never holds your funds directly. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe.
Creator earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect. Payouts are typically processed on a weekly basis via Stripe Connect, once your account is verified and eligible. Payout timing may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, and your location.
If a learner receives a refund in accordance with Mystor's Refund Policy, the refunded amount will be deducted from the creator's earnings and may impact future payouts.
